Nadia joined InnovationRCA in January 2006. She is responsible for managing the College's Intellectual Property through its Selected Works programme, in which selected graduate innovations are commercially developed and licensed.

Nadia has an MBA and a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology. She began her career as a research scientist, studying the genetics and genome of brewing yeast and then plant-pathogen interactions. In these roles she was directly responsible for product launches, lead in- and out-licensing negotiations for new technologies and devised and implemented market strategy and plans. She has worked in the USA and Europe and is now delighted to be based in London at the RCA.
