Launch of Selected Works 2009

Designers and inventors seeking RCA support to commercially protect and develop their innovations were invited to come to the James Dyson Intellectual Property seminar on 17 February 2009 to learn how the Selected Works programme operates, the criteria for entry, and the benefits of participation.

This informal evening in the RCA Senior Common Room was chaired by Jeremy Myerson and Nadia Danhash of InnovationRCA. It presented a series of real-life case studies related to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright and design rights. An expert panel was on hand to answer audience questions and details of the annual Dyson Innovation Fellowship were announced.
